Acrylic versus rubber stem
The acrylic stem is the more "modern" type and it keeps the shinny black colour. Some still prefer the rubber mouth piece and claim its not as "crispy" as the acrylic, but its different from person to person. The rubber stem gets grey/green if you dont maintain it. We recommend Obsidan Stem Oil for rubber and cumberland stems.

Its a great help if you send us the old mouthpiece.

How?
You finish your order here and pay here. Then you send us the pipe with the old stem. Remember to leave a note or a print of the order confirmation so we have the adress etc.
