Erik has worked with many of the famous Danish pipemakers - to mention a few Tao and Poul Ilsted are two well-known names. Erik has now passed 76 years and he is still making large-scale pipe production. However, last year he built a small cozy workshop where his summerhouse is located. The goal was to get back to the basic of handmade pipes. Here he makes everything including the stems by his own hands, and the first dozen of finished handmade pipes he decided to sell where it all began in the old days: The Danish Pipe Shop. To salute The Danish Pipe Shop he has marked these pipes 1459 which is our postal code. Therefore, if you ever run into a Nørding pipe with the marking 1459, you know that it is handmade and sold by us. Thank you Erik for this opportunity!
A nice light-brown robust Apple shape with some fantastic flame grain bird eye's on the bottom and hand cut cumberland stem. A Lovely pipe from Erik!
