In the 11 years we have dealt with second hand pipes this is the second Kaj Rasmussen pipe we see. It's a fine handmade bulldog. Kaj Rasmussen worked for Svendborg Pipes and later he became independent. He was good friends with Tao, Poul Ilsted, Manduela and you clearly see the influence. The pipe is great and rare, but do have some white spots (paint?) that we couldn't remove without changing the design of the pipe. This has influenced our rating and price.
