Our pipemaker gives your pipe a special treatment
We give your pipe an inside and outside cleaning. This mean our pipemaker will ream the inside of the bowl and polish the bowl and stem. We dont give the inside any fluid or salt treatment. If you want him to replace the stem with a new you shall add that to the basket. If you want a new inner coating (water glass) please make a comment about that. It´s not standard procedure but don't cost extra.
We do not take any responsiblity for any damage on your old pipes causes by this process, but we naturally do our very best to make it look good.
How?
You finish your order here and pay here. Then you send us the pipe with the old stem. Remember to leave a note or a print of the order confirmation so we have the adress etc. Please use a service where its delivered to us and not a collect service.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: For outside EU customers regarding repairs.
Due to administration fees in custom handling by Danish authorities for packages outside EU we are charged approx. 30 USD to get your package delivered. This fee is charged regardless to the value. We will send you a PayPal invoice on 30 USD to cover this. The fee is per package and not per item. NB! It's important that you in customer declaration write “Product for repair" and value 10 EUR or 10 USD.
