Our pipemakers make a custom made mouthpiece for your old pipe in rubber with out stamp. Note this is the long stem for Churchwarden pipes (maximum is 20 cm.).
Its a great help if you send us the old mouthpiece.
Acrylic versus rubber stem
The acrylic stem is the more "modern" type and it keeps the shinny black colour. Some still prefer the rubber mouth piece and claim its not as "crispy" as the acrylic, but its different from person to person. The rubber stem gets grey/green if you dont maintain it. We recommend Obsidan Stem Oil for rubber and cumberland stems.
How?
You finish your order here and pay here. Then you send us the pipe with the old stem. Remember to leave a note or a print of the order confirmation so we have the address etc. Please use a service where its delivered to us and not a collect service.

Due to administration fees in custom handling by Danish authorities for packages outside EU we are charged approx. 30 USD to get your package delivered. This fee is charged regardless to the value. We will send you a PayPal invoice on 30 USD to cover this. The fee is per package and not per item. NB! It's important that you in customer declaration write “Product for repair" and value 10 EUR or 10 USD.
