Many of you have contacted us to know more about the price of delivery and if we deliver to X country. We deliver worldwide! 
If you choose your desired products and begin to check out you will see an estimated shipping price based on your account data or the country you order from.

The estimated shipping price will be the lowest, we have to offer, so if you prefer courier service you shall expect more.
The final price will appear before you finish and pay your order.  
The cost of delivery will be calculated automatically based on the estimated weight per product.

Please note that the calculated prices are not only shipping. These include packaging, administration and paper work (custom forms, prints, invoices etc.).
You will then see the different options for delivery we have for your destination.

The number of options vary from country to country, and we will update when we have more or better choices for your destination.

We use the following terms about shipping:

1. Courier Service
Our courier agent choose the best way to ship your package. They use companies like FedEx, DHL etc. We use Economy Service and you will be provided a track number the day after we have shipped. If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter.

2. EMS 
Express Mail Service provided by PostNord (Danish Postal Service) in cooperation with an expanding number of countries. With EMS you will be provided a track number and the package will be delivered at your chosen address. EMS track number starts with a EMXXXXXXXXX. EMS packages can be tracked at http://www.ems.post/tracking
If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter.

3. HOME 
HOME is managed by PostNord (Danish postal service) and they cooperate with your domestic postal or a local courier service. With HOME you will be provided a track number and the package will be delivered at your chosen address. HOME track number starts with a CCXXXXXXXXX. If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter.

4. HOME Economy 
Home Economy is the same as HOME but here they use ships for transportation. It is cheaper but takes longer time. If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter.

5. COLLECT
COLLECT is managed by PostNord (Danish postal service) and they cooperate with your domestic postal or a local service. With COLLECT you will be provided a track number and the package will be delivered at a local pick up point or local postal service office. For some countries you will get an e-mail and you can choose among local pick-up stations. If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter.

6. Small consignments with track and trace - max. 2 kg
Consignment Letters is a service from PostNord where you can ship letters/small packages up to 2 kilos for a very reasonable price. At the moment we can offer this service to 45 countries. Consignment Letters will be sent every third day so expect a delivery within 4-12 days. Track number will be sent automatically from PostNord, so you will be able to follow your order. Consignment Letters are scanned when they leave Denmark, when they enter your country and when they are delivered at your door. If you don’t get a track number, please check your spam filter. The main difference between Consignment Letters and HOME/COLLECT is that we send Consignment Letters 2-3 times per week and not every day.

7. REGULAR POSTAL SERVICE (No track number).
This means we sent your order as a normal letter/package. This service cannot be used if package weigh more than 2 kilos. You will not receive a track number and the risk is completely yours. For most countries this service works fine but expect a longer time of delivery. This means anything between 3 to working 21 days all depending destination, custom control etc.

8. PICK UP IN SHOP 
When you chose this option you will not pay for freight. Many locals use this to make sure they get a specific pipe and others use it if they have someone else to pick it up for them. We need to see a copy of the order confirmation in order to hand out an order.
