Ken Pipes
Kenichiro Sakurai is born in 1965 and from Japan. He has an education in Calligraphy and Graphic design. Since 2005 he has worked full time as a full time pipemaker. Kenichiro makes 60-70 pipes per year. We, The Danish Pipe Shop, has known him for some years since he fairly often travel to Denmark to work with Danish pipemaker Nanna Ivarsson. We love his combination of Japanese prescicion and accuracy combined with inspiration from Danish pipe design.
