Søren Refbjerg
Søren Refbjerg is a name you simply have to know if you’re interested in the history of Danish pipe making.
This quiet and gentle master has been in the business for many, many years and once ran a busy workshop that in its golden years employed 12 skilled craftsmen.
He is known for his precisely executed pipes, mostly classic shapes with a subtle Danish touch, and also for his wonderful Freehands. Furthermore he is known for insisting on using only the finest Corsican Briar, and for many years he was the only importer of it.
In 2018 Søren closed his work shop and the pipes you see now and then from him are Estates, smoked or unsmoked and some from his private collection.
