Tonni Nielsen

Tonni, born in 1953, began working for W.Ø. Larsen at the tender age of 16. There he quickly established himself as pipe maker - and future star of the business!

Along the way he has trained and/or worked with heavyweights like Hans Former Nielsen, Teddy Knudsen, and Tom Eltang, and today he is widely considered to be one of the very best in the world.
Tonni is married to Barbara from USA, and he spends the majority of his time in Louisville, Kentucky, but he has workshops both there and in Denmark (where he often spends his Summers).
All pipes and stems are completely handmade, and his attention to grain and how it interacts with shapes is probably unmatched these days.
